Hi, I’m Tamara. I know what it’s like to move through the world feeling like you’re always pushing, trying to keep up, hold it together, do all the things, yet still end the day wondering if it was enough. That quiet exhaustion of always striving but never quite arriving.

My goal is to be a soft landing, someone who can sit with you in the mess and pain of it all when it feels like no one else really gets it. I want therapy to be a safe place to unmask, exhale, and come home to yourself as you are. I support individuals navigating relationships- to self and others, break-ups, sexual wellbeing, burnout, the inner critic and neurodivergence.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, after years of pushing through exhaustion and self-doubt. That experience reshaped how I see change. The paradox of change is that we grow by first accepting where we are. That is the heart of my work: helping you understand what is really happening beneath the surface and building a life that works for you, not against you.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as a personal trainer, supporting people of all ages and abilities to reconnect with their bodies and find strength in their own rhythm. That same belief guides my therapy work today.

Together, we’ll create a space where you can let go of some of the pressure, tune in to what you actually need, and start practicing the radical act of being on your own side.

I draw on a range of methods tailored to your needs, with options like breaks, post-session summaries, and a sensory-friendly pace that honours your processing style so you can feel comfortable and supported as you are. I also offer a sliding scale to help make therapy accessible for those who need it.

Hi, my name is Gabriella, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I am committed to helping individuals make sense of their mental health while always considering the unique qualities each client brings.

I work with neurodivergent women in their 20s and 30s who have done a lot of inner work—but still feel stuck. You may have tried therapy before and found yourself venting week after week without seeing real change. You’re insightful, self-aware, and motivated, yet patterns like people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, weak boundaries, or nervous system dysregulation keep resurfacing. You’re ready for more than coping tools—you want lasting growth.

As a neurodivergent, highly sensitive therapist (who has a therapist too), I know how frustrating it can be to search for someone who truly understands how your brain works. Therapy with me is not just a space to talk—it’s a space to process, reflect, and gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I believe in collaboration, accountability, and depth, and I’ll walk alongside you while also helping you move forward with intention. I support clients who are ready to return to the basics: strengthening boundaries, improving emotional regulation, calming the nervous system, and releasing long-standing people-pleasing tendencies. Together, we explore the roots of these patterns—often shaped by emotionally immature caregivers, chronic invalidation, or living in a world that wasn’t built for neurodivergent minds—and begin the work of healing them.

I don’t believe people are broken or defined by their struggles. More often, we’re relying on coping mechanisms that once kept us safe but now keep us stuck. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and tailored to you. I strive to create a safe, accepting space where your experiences are honoured and your voice remains central, while we work toward practical, sustainable change.

If you’re ready to heal old wounds, break free from familiar cycles, and build a life that feels aligned and authentic, I’d love to connect. Reach out to see if we’re a good fit.
